Please Note: If you terminate your FCPS eligible employment and refund or roll over your accumulated contributions, all your vesting and credited service years will be canceled. If you later return to an ERFC-covered position at FCPS, you'll be enrolled as a new employee under the ERFC 2001 Tier 2 plan benefit structure and your former hire date no longer applies.
